We are an art agency label located in Zürich,
our mission is to promote highest quality Jazz music and provide memorable experiences coming out of top notch concerts.
We collaborate with top European musicians who have been performing on stages worldwide for many years, including:
Antoni Gralak
"Ziut" admits that he was too young to be a hippy and too old to be a punk. Maybe that’s why he had to forge his own path from the start.
Trumpeter, composer, music producer;
Gralak has always been recognized as one of Europe's most significant and creative musicians. With his trumpet, he gave the finishing touch to the most important path of Polish jazz of the 1980s.
His name refers back to legendary formations:
Free Cooperation, Young Power and groups closer to rock, Sfora and Woo Boo Doo, to the international formation Universal Supersession.
He gained fame as a co-founder of the powerhouse jazz-rock formation Tie Break, which is counted among the small group of cult Polish music groups.
Before meeting Gralak, they have been already playing together for many years releasing alltogether five studio albums,
including the last issue from 2022, a joint release with Gralak.
Long acquaintance resulted in great understanding, the way they sense each other results in great spontaneus, unbounded improvisations they've become famous for in the local jazz community.

He also collaborates with top European groups Spinifex and Red Trio, including a duo with pianist Rodrigo Pihneiro and Dominik Wania.
Some of the most important activities he focuses on, as he puts it, are journeys into himself and at the same time into the depths of sound.
In 2019 he traveled alone 4186 kilometers on foot from the Ukrainian border to Santiago de Compostela, located on the north-western edge of the Iberian Peninsula. During the six-month trek, he made more than 100 recordings of his solo impressions in various sacred spaces, where he studied the acoustic characteristics of selected sites. Curious to learn more, he responds to interesting people, sometimes outstanding musical individuals, during his journey.
One of the most significant in his life is a visit to double bassist Barre Phillips, with whom he spent time talking and making music together. Similar events were visits to the home of Antoin Rooney in New York, or drum master Ngoma Babu Herim in Zanzibar. Face-to-face meetings with the masters are key moments in the development of his musical personality.
Performing in a phenomenal duo with pianist Dominik Wania, one of the most important jazz pianists of this generation.
The two brilliant composers and improvisers are applauded all over the world. Both the recording of the album and the pre-release concert took place at the Witold Lutoslawski Concert Studio of the Polish Radio S1 in Warsaw.

I highly encourage you to carefully watch and listen to the pre-release concert from Polish Radio:
Damasiewicz was Poland's representative in four international music platforms: Take Five Europe, Jazz Playes Europe Laboratory,
Art Meetings and Melting Pot Laboratory (Jazztopad).
In the latter two, as a leader, composer and instrumentalist, he developed the idea of open improvisation in contact with other fields of art. He is currently pursuing his doctorate at the Instrumental Department of the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz.
Marek Pospieszalski
A saxophonist and composer, he leads his quartet, octet,
co-founder of the Maldives duo and Wojtek Mazolewski Quintet.

Max Andrzejewski - drums
Marek Pospieszalski quartet is a forefront of the European jazz scene, each of the musicians has an individual sound resulting from their diverse musical experiences.
Released their debut album in 2017 as a tribute to Frank Sinatra;
the material was recorded at Berlin's Emil Berliner Studios with Jeremy Loucas responsible for mixing and mastering.
In the second half of 2022 the next album of his quartet was published; the music on "Dürer’s Mother" is inspired by the work ofs 19th and 20th century composers from Schubert to Britten to Lachenmann. Pospieszalski's compositions, full of references to the works of masters, are immersed in contemporary times and go into unexplored areas of free improvisation. They are a starting point for an open and multifaceted interpretation, in which the other members of Pospieszalski's ensemble find themselves masterfully. A lot has already been expressed within the classical quartet formula, however, this encourages the musicians to search for new forms of expression, placing the main emphasis on tone color, using non-standard consonance, or provoking cross-genre meetings.
Octet
Marek Pospieszalski Octet brings together the best of the contemporary improvised music scene. The leader's bold ideas are implemented by a team of artists who can be described as the crème de la crème of improvisers in this part of the world.
Already since the premiere of their phonographic debut had an an international significance,
the octet has been hailed as the flagship Polish band, which was confirmed in the rankings summarizing 2022,
headed by a survey of music critics in the Jazz Forum magazine, in which the double album "Polish Composers of the 20th Century" received the title of Record of the Year , and Marek Pospieszalski won in the most prestigious Musician of the Year award.
M. Pospieszalski - sax, flute, clarinet, reel-to-reel tape recorder
Piotr Checki - saxophone
Grzegorz Tarwid - piano

Max Mucha - contrabass
Szymon Mika - guitar
Tomasz Sroczynski - viola
Qba Janicki - drums & electronics
The group's third album has just been recorded, in which the American saxophonist Zoh Amba joined the galaxy of Polish improvisers.
In the leader's new compositions, you will be able to hear echoes of alternative rock, references to minimalist electronic music and modular synthesizers, but the focus will remain on collective improvisation.

Piotr Rachon
The music of Piotr Rachon Quartet is contemporary jazz, full of dynamics and surprising twists, spacey with musical meditation inspired by ethno and nature.
Musicians reach for an interesting set of sounds. Where, apart from the typical instruments for a jazz quartet, there are ethnic instruments and unusual instruments and effects of the guitarist Vojto Monteur - especially "electronic" ambient guitar and fretless guitar. Vojto is an appreciated instrumentalist, composer and producer. In PRQ, he is responsible for spaces and colors, as well as for solo parts and instrumental dialogues with the pianist.
Another strong point of the quartet is the rhythm section, Jakub Olejnik is a double bass player who often uses a bow (sometimes his bass sounds like f.e. Duduk), adding his own color and sound. Paweł Nienadowski is a wild drummer, using both traditional percussion sets and ethnic percussion instruments.
Piotr is an artist who has made a name for himself in numerous projects at the intersection of avant-garde, free jazz, ethno and classical.
We could hear him in JazzBlaster, Jorgos Skolias, Pulsarus or Avatar Orchestra, among others. The pianist has collaborated with musicians from all over the world, including ethnic musicians from Tuva. All this wealth of musical and life experiences can also be heard in his music. Piotr Rachoń's sounds are difficult to confuse with any other pianist.
The result of his musical travels is an unconventional approach to improvisation and the discovery of little-known folk motifs.
